Terms & Conditions

Reservation & General Policies:

  • Check in: 2pm

  • Check out: 10am

  • Must be an actively enrolled student at the Appliance Academy. Your stay must match the class period you are attending. No non-student overnight guests.

  • No smoking in the house or garage/game room. Please smoke outside on back patio. There is a concrete ashtray for safe disposal/extinguish.

  • No open fires allowed.

  • No pets.

  • Please be respectful of your housemates and keep the "quiet area", the sleeping/studying area of the house, as quiet as possible. 

  • Keep your entry code and room code private. Each student has their own unique code to ensure privacy and security for the house in general and the private rooms.

  • Each student staying at Academy Dorms is required to register. Sharing your access to the house or private rooms can/will result in eviction. This is for the safety of all students.

  • $250 reservation deposit included in the check out price.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Minimum of 2 weeks (14 days) is required to get a full refund minus a 7% charge to cover credit card processing and booking fees.

  • If cancellation is requested with less than 2 weeks (14 days) notice, a refund will be processed minus the $250 reservation deposit and a 7% charge to cover credit card processing and booking fees.

    • $250 reservation deposit can be applied to a future stay, for the same student, if the stay is completed within 1 year.​
